Tortas Carmen Lupiáñez is once again joining as a partner company to the 8th Route 091 Charity Run of the National Police, which will take place on Friday 11 September 2026 in the Plaza de la Marina (Port of Málaga).
A night-time run in aid of Teléfono de la Esperanza
This year, all proceeds from the event will go towards the Teléfono de la Esperanza in Málaga, a voluntary and social action organisation dedicated to people’s emotional wellbeing, which will celebrate its anniversary in 2026 50 years supporting the people of Málaga.
The event will take place in the evening and will follow a very special route: 5,091 metres, a nod to the legendary 091 emergency number. This year’s poster is the work of the Málaga-based illustrator Ángel Idígoras.

Charity Race Number Zero
From 10 €, to get involved without having to run
Registration is now open on the official website ruta091.es until the 8 September at 11.59 pm or until the participant quota is filled (1,300 in the open category and 300 in the children’s category). Race numbers can be collected from 9 to 11 September, from 10.00 to 14.00, at the Málaga Provincial Police Station.
Following our participation in the 7th edition, 2025, we are delighted to once again be part of an event that brings together sport, family and solidarity in the heart of Málaga. We’ll be there with our Algarrobo cakes, handcrafted for five generations.
